Nothing too exciting happening here in the Criddle household....until yesterday!!!! Kevin and I have been talking about how we wanted to go somewhere for a getaway for our 5th anniversary...especially because we are going to have another little baby in May. I was thinking maybe Victoria, B.C. or Ocean Shores... Little did I know, Kevin had been saving what little money he was making at a job he has on campus and was planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta! Yeah I know! So to top it off we are going next week! 4 nights at the Marriott on the beach. Heaven! My mom is an angel and has agreed to watch Ryan for these days. Kevin and I are not ones to be so spontaneous and reckless with our money so this is a first for us....first real vacation together. We leave the 5th and get back the 9th! Anyway, just wanted to share my excitement! This time next week I'll be sittin on the beach with 85 degree weather and my hubby on my side probably reading law books. (he does have to miss 2 days of school...but reading school books on the beach...Yes Please!) I look foward to posting lots of pics when I get back. Thanks Kev...this is going to be amazing!

Wow that sounds like a lot of fun... what a nice anniversary gift! I am thinking Benjy and I should be a little more reckless and do something similiar! Who knows my birthday is coming maybe he will surprise me! ;-)

Awesome!!! We went there on our honeymoon actually. If you've never been, let me know if you want to know of a few fun places to go. Such a great idea and fun way to spend time before your new baby comes :)
